Tech Spotlight: How to Print for Free on Campus
PrintSmart allows you to submit PDFs or documents from Excel, Word and PowerPoint to any Tech Spot lab printer on campus from your own device.
Printing needs ramp up during midterms, and many students have questions about how to print on campus. Each semester, a student can print up to the equivalent of 700 single-sided black toner pages (a value of $35) without charge.
The printing quota can be used in any combination of the following:
-
Laser printer, black, single-sided, $.05 per page
-
Laser printer, black, double-sided, $.08 per page
-
Color printer, single-sided, $.20 per page
