Fayetteville Policies and Procedures Updates
The following Fayetteville Policies and Procedures have been updated:
214.1 - Discrimination (including Discriminatory Harassment)
This policy has been updated to address requirements of Arkansas Act 721 of 2025 regarding antisemitism, as well as Act 116 and the ACCESS Act of 2025. The revision also reflects termination of federal Executive Order 11246 and clarifies language pertaining to deadlines and regarding the use of sensitive content in academic and cultural programs.
FPP 418.1 - Title IX Policy for Complaints of Sexual Assault and Other Forms of Sexual Harassment
This policy is being updated consistent with Act 731 of 2025 to reflect a revised timeframe for requesting appeals and to incorporate required language regarding the right to seek representation by an attorney. Updates to certain other case timeline are included, as well.
