IT Services Providing Consultation for Departmental Phone Services
After six months of hard work, the new VoIP phone system has been fully implemented across campus. With this milestone met, IT Services is now offering hands-on consultation for departments using advanced call routing features.
Advanced phone features include call tree menus, automated welcome greetings, rolling calls to other numbers and more. By scheduling a consultation, departments can take advantage of IT expertise to understand needs and make improvements that align with the goals and priorities for that area.
