IT Brown Bag Lunch Highlighting Technology and Open Educational Resources Wednesday, Feb. 20

Elaine Thornton of the University of Arkansas Libraries will present on Open Educational Resources during the Wednesday, Feb. 20, Brown Bag lunch. During this event, Thornton, and the OER team, will discuss how to find, create and distribute resources within the classroom.

Effectively using OER as an academic community can dramatically lower the cost of textbooks and class materials for students.

Participants are invited to attend this month's Brown Bag lunch in person from noon to 1 p.m. in ARKU 512 or online through WebEx.
