Pat Walker Health Center's Counseling & Psychological Services is offering a workshop series to help increase understanding and knowledge about depression.

The series, Getting Unstuck, is a fast-paced, three-session seminar designed to provide life-long tools you can use while facing depressive symptoms, as well as help you recognize and manage symptoms.

The workshop will be offered three times throughout the spring semester, and will meet on Tuesdays at 3 p.m. in CAPS, group room 2053.

Workshop 1:

• Session 1: Tuesday, Feb. 5
• Session 2: Tuesday, Feb. 12
• Session 3: Tuesday, Feb. 19

Workshop 2:

• Session 1: Tuesday, Feb. 26
• Session 2: Tuesday, March 5
• Session 3: Tuesday, March 12

Workshop 3:

• Session 1: Tuesday, March 26
• Session 2: Tuesday, April 2
• Session 3: Tuesday, April 9

No registration is required and students do not need to be an existing client with CAPS to attend.
