Graduate Conference Proposal Submissions Deadline Extended

The Graduate Students in English has extended its deadline for proposal submissions for its 2019 conference, "Opening Doors: Creating Opportunities for Difficult Conversations."

Graduate students and advanced undergraduate students are invited to submit proposals for this interdisciplinary conference, which will focus upon various forms of writing (including creative writing) that "open[ed] conversations on difficult topics, or the use of those texts in the media or in the classroom."

Please email your paper proposals (of 300 words or fewer) or panel proposals by Feb. 14 to gse@uark.edu. Include your name, institutional affiliation, and email address on your submission. The conference will take place on Saturday, March 9.
