The Achieve IT: Unified Collaboration project will introduce a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution to replace the current phone system at the University of Arkansas.

To ensure the campus is informed in advance, the project team will hold another "Phone Bar" event on Wednesday, Dec. 12, at the Tech Spot in the Arkansas Union. Faculty and staff are encouraged to drop by to try the new VoIP phones and ask questions between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

A second Town Hall event is also planned at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 18, in the auditorium of Vol Walker Hall. During this event, the team will give an overview of the project, which is expected to begin in February 2019. Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions and take part in hands-on demonstrations of the new VoIP phones.
