CIO Search Candidates Scheduled to Present

The search for the associate vice chancellor for information technology/chief information officer (CIO) position is reaching its final stage in the interview process.  

Four final candidates have been invited by the search committee to present their "Vision for the Future of IT in Higher Education" to the University of Arkansas campus.  

All faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend candidate presentations on Dec. 3, 5, 6 and 10 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. in the Donald W. Reynolds Center.

Monday, Dec. 3: Jane Livingston
Livingston is currently the associate CIO at Yale University. She has more than 20 years of experience in IT and higher education.

Wednesday, Dec. 5: Dawn Stoyanoff
Stoyanoff is currently the higher education and academic practice director for Information Services Group (ISG) in Austin, Texas. Prior to her current position, she was an executive director with the University of Texas System Administration for 10 years.

Monday, Dec. 10: Paige Francis
Francis is currently the associate CIO for shared services and academic innovation at the University of Arkansas. She previously held CIO positions at Fairfield University and NWACC.

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend all four presentations. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask candidates questions and will be invited to complete a feedback survey following each session.

Presentations will be recorded and made available for those who are unable to attend in person. A fourth finalist, Eddie Huebsch, withdrew from consideration.
