FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Three departments in the U of A's Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences are teaming up for a summer STEM camp.

The departments of animal science, food science and horticulture are working with the U of A's Center for Mathematics and Science Education to host the 2018 Summer STEM Camp Aug. 1-3.

The camp is open to students who have completed kindergarten through fourth grade. Registration is $105 and includes 3.5 hours of STEM activites for each of the three days. Campers can attend either an 8 to 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 to 5 p.m. session each day. The registration deadline is July 27.

STEM refers to science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

The camp takes place at the CMASE offices, 346 N. West Ave., Room 202, Fayetteville. Campers should be dropped off 15 minutes prior to their session.
