Arley Ward, president of the Graduate Professional Student Congress, is sworn in at the GPSC Inauguration on May 4, 2018.

The Graduate Professional Student Congress is the representative governance body for graduate and professional students in the University of Arkansas' practice of shared governance.

The congress advocates for the collective welfare of graduate and professional students at the university, manages and distributes student activity fees paid by graduate and professional students, represents the common interests of those students, and speaks with one voice on behalf of its constituents. The GPSC seeks to improve the lives, careers, and research of all graduate-professional students at the University of Arkansas.
