Campuswide Student Success Retreat to Showcase High Impact Practices, July 31
Join colleagues from across the University of Arkansas campus to share and showcase High Impact Practices (HIP) that support student success during a free retreat Tuesday, July 31 in the Arkansas Union Ballroom.
The "Are We HIP Enough?" retreat will last from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and will include activities, presentations and dialogue, with breakfast and lunch provided.
The retreat will feature high impact practices being used to improve student success and work to create new ways to collaborate more effectively and efficiently to better our understanding of the student success initiatives happening at the U of A.
This retreat is sponsored in part by the Center for Multicultural and Diversity Education and the Office of Student Success.
Additionally, the retreat organizers are seeking passionate volunteers to assist with leading discussions, activities or short presentations on any area of the "High Impact Practices" or best practices that can help lead to increased student retention and improved overall student experiences.
