The Arkansas Water Resources Center is looking for a motivated student to join the center for an internship this summer.

The focus will be on graphic design to develop content that will promote the center and our activities particularly to the campus community, and possibly throughout the city or region. We are looking for students who can bring a creative and innovative perspective to enhance student and public awareness of the Water Center.

Additional responsibilities may include social media activities, publication formatting, and assisting with other activities needed by center's staff.

Students who have experience with or interest in graphic design applications are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will be motivated to learn new skills independently, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and be able to communicate effectively across multimedia outlets.

This position is for approximately 24 to 30 hours per week during the summer of 2018, at the U of A campus in Fayetteville.

The job announcement with instructions on how to apply can be found here (pdf). The deadline for applications is April 20. Please contact Erin Scott, erins@uark.edu, if you have any questions.
