Newswire to Hold Distribution From Dec. 16 Through Jan. 1, 2018

The University of Arkansas Newswire email will not be distributed from Dec. 16 through Jan. 1, 2018, after the fall commencement and until university offices reopen in the new year. Distribution will resume Tuesday, Jan. 2, the first day of the January Intersession classes.

Non-essential university offices will be closed Friday, Dec. 22, through Monday, Jan. 1, with classes resuming on Monday, Nov. 27.

Articles to be published in 2018 can be submitted throughout the holiday period. Submit articles via the online submission form at news.uark.edu/articles/submit. Student organizations promoting events that are funded through Associated Student Government appropriations should contact the Office of Student Activities at osa@uark.edu and submit articles about their events to that office first.
