FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The U of A United Way’s 83rd campus campaign – United We Win – ends it’s active phase today, Friday, Nov. 3. So far U of A staff, faculty and students have donated $96,095, 60 percent of the campaign goal of raising $160,000 for the United Way of Northwest Arkansas.

So far 36 percent of campus staff and faculty have participated in the campaign, a small increase over last year’s participation rate.

After today people can still contribute to the campaign online at http://unitedway.uark.edu until Dec. 31. Anyone who made a payroll deduction to last year’s campaign will need to renew that deduction for this year. Deductions begin in 2018.

At least one fund raising event, the Facilities Management Chili Cook-off, is scheduled in November.
