BASIS, webBASIS and Other Services Affected by Weekend Maintenance
BASIS, webBASIS, Virtual Desktops, Remote Lab and UARK online services will be affected by maintenance this weekend.
On Friday evening, Data Center maintenance will be performed in the Administrative Services Building. Although no outages are expected, if a street power outage occurs during the maintenance, UARK online services could be unavailable for several minutes.
BASIS and webBASIS will be unavailable between 2 and 3 a.m. Sunday during routine Mainframe maintenance. Later Sunday morning, Remote Lab and VDI computer labs could be briefly interrupted during software updates to the Data Center firewall.
