Students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in the Office of Annual Giving's Thank a Donor Day on Oct. 31.

The Office of Annual Giving at the University of Arkansas is rounding out the month of October with their biggest annual donor thank you event — Thank a Donor Day on Oct. 31. Faculty, staff and students are all invited to attend the event, which is being held in conjunction with Homecoming Week.

The purpose of Thank a Donor Day is to express appreciation to the alumni, friends, parents and university faculty, staff and students who support the university through private gifts. During the celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., students and employees are invited to drop in at the Union Mall (or the Connections Lounge in case of inclement weather) to participate in six unique stations to personally thank the university's donors. When students complete three of the six stations, they will be entered into a drawing for a prize pack that includes Razorback goodies and two tickets to a Razorback sporting event in the Chancellor's Suite. Drinks will be provided by Pepsi, and other fun giveaways will be available.

Thank a Donor Day is supported by the Office of Annual Giving and the Student Philanthropy Council.
