Blackboard Learn Users May Experience Intermittent Availability before 5 a.m. on Friday
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – University of Arkansas students, faculty and staff may experience intermittent Blackboard Learn availability between 1-5 a.m. on Friday. Blackboard will perform maintenance to its data centers during this time. This maintenance will not change the Blackboard Learn environment for users.
In general, contact the Blackboard Learn Help Desk at 479-575-6804 or bbhelp@uark.edu for assistance. The Help Desk is available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 6 to 11 p.m.
