May 28 Blackboard Learn Upgrade Nears

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Blackboard Learn will be unavailable for up to 24 hours Saturday, May 28, while the corporate support team performs system upgrades for learn.uark.edu, beginning at 5:30 a.m. that day.

This upgrade falls within the three-day window when students do not have classes - between the close of Summer Intersession, May 27, and the start of Summer First 5-week, 8-week, and 10-week sessions, May 31.

The slight changes will concern thread-to-thread navigation in discussion boards and the announcement date default setting.

The Help Desk is available Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 6 to 11 p.m. Assistance is available in person at Gibson Annex on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
