New IT Help Desk in J.B. Hunt Building

A new IT Help Desk is now open on the second floor of the J.B. Hunt building. Students, faculty and staff can get technical support for mobile devices, UARK accounts, passwords, Wi-Fi and other issues. The new location is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and offers three Quick Print stations.

Additional IT Help Desks are located in the Arkansas Union Connections Lounge and the Administrative Services Building. Technical support is available online at askit.uark.edu and on the phone by calling 479-575-2905 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Technical issues can be reported after hours by calling 479-575-2904.
