IT Maintenance During Holiday Break Will Affect File Shares, SharePoint and Other Services

IT Services will perform maintenance from Sunday, Dec. 27, to Sunday, Jan. 3, to improve the virtualization environment. Affected services and systems will include Gizmo, MyDocs, ImageNow, SharePoint, virtual desktops, Campus Directory, OmniUpdate, Newswire, SQL Server and WWW1.

During the maintenance period, daily updates with times and affected systems will be available at twitter.com/uaits.

IT Services encourages users to report any unexpected technical issues while the university is closed by calling the Data Center at 479-575-2904. Department technical staff have been contacted about the potential impact of upcoming maintenance.
