MATLAB Seminars Hosted in Mullins Library, Sept. 23

IT Services will host a MATLAB seminar by MathWorks engineers from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, free to educators, academic researchers and students.

Session one, Mathematical Modeling with MATLAB, will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in Mullins Library room 104. The session will cover the use of MATLAB products to build mathematical models for forecasting and optimizing the behavior of complex systems.

Session two, Speeding up Your MATLAB Applications, will be held from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. in Mullins Library room 104. The session will cover methods to optimize the performance of MATLAB code and utilizing processing power in multi-core machines, GPUs and clusters.
