AskIT, Cellphone and Other Websites Unavailable During Maintenance, May 28

IT Services will perform planned maintenance from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, to perform an update to FileMaker 13. During the maintenance, AskIT and related ticketing systems, including AskHR, AskCommerce, AskFAMA, etc., will be unavailable. Other sites relying on FileMaker, such as cellphone.uark.edu, edp.uark.edu and eCycle, will also be unavailable.
