The deadline to register for Teenswrite on the University of Arkansas campus is June 16. Online registration is available.

The annual summer writing camp hosted by the Northwest Arkansas Writing Project is for students entering the eighth grade this fall through college freshmen. It takes place June 22-26 at the Fayetteville Public Library, 401 W. Mountain St. Cost is $125 and includes daily snacks, writing materials, an anthology, Teenswrite T-shirt and lunch on the last day of camp.

The department of curriculum and instruction in the College of Education and Health Professions co-sponsors the camp. It is directed by teacher-consultants of the Northwest Arkansas Writing Project.
