IT Services Alert Calendar and New Features for Tech Partners

The IT Services Alert Calendar at http://itstatus.uark.edu/calendar provides up-to-date information on planned maintenance in an easy-to-read format.

Anyone can access the calendar by clicking the Alert Calendar link from any page on http://its.uark.edu or by clicking the link in any ITSNews outage announcement footer.

The itsalert@uark.edu Exchange calendar can also be added to any faculty or staff member's Outlook as a shared calendar. See https://techarticles.uark.edu/83 for calendar sharing instructions.

A new Alert Calendar feature recently launched is a separate listing of non-outage maintenance especially for tech partners. For questions about upcoming maintenance, tech partners can click the Alert Calendar Contacts List link on the right and log in to access the contact number for the team performing maintenance.
