Construction Limits Traffic on North Stadium Drive

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Continuing construction work on the north section of Stadium Drive will reduce the street to one lane, north bound only, from the Arkansas Union Service Drive to Maple Street.  The traffic restriction will continue until at least Friday, Feb 6, and possibly longer.

Traffic will not be able to turn on to Stadium Drive from Maple Street.

Stadium Drive will be open to two lane traffic from the Service Drive to the south end of Stadium Dr. Drivers will be able to get to the buildings along Stadium Drive, including the Stadium Drive Parking Garage, Arkansas Union, Faulkner Performing Arts Center Project and all parking spaces on the south side of the Administration Building.

Access to Lot 44 from Stadium Drive will be closed except for the small triangular parking area on the south east corner of the lot. Access to Lot 44 will be available from Razorback Rd and Maple St.

The contractor will have street closure and detour signs in place to help re-route traffic and flaggers also as needed.

Construction crews working for the City of Fayetteville are relocating a water main.
