Women Ages 18-36 needed for a paid research study involving eating breakfast

The Department of Food Science at the University of Arkansas is recruiting women ages 18-36 years of age to participate in a research study. Compensation will be provided ($50 Walmart gift card).  To qualify, you must be a female ages 18-36, non-smoker and have no dietary restrictions.

The study involves eating 2 different breakfasts (one breakfast per week) and measuring the following: blood glucose via finger stick; satiety through visual analogue scales; and food intake through completing a food record.  You must be available 2 weeks in a row.

Participants will be required to complete entire study in order to receive compensation.
