First Quarter Employee of the Quarter Winners Announced

The Staff Senate wishes to announce University of Arkansas Employee of the 1st Quarter Awards for 2014-15.

Congratulations to all of these winners! The campus community is invited to join Staff Senate at its regular monthly meeting at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, Arkansas Union 507-508, to celebrate these staff members as they are honored.

Winners selected this quarter are:

  • Rickey Booker, associate director of Career Programs, Career Services, Professional/Non-Faculty - Academic
  • Emily Daugherity, project manager, Industrial Engineering, Professional/Non-Faculty - Administrative
  • Susan Brouwer, administrative specialist III, Agricultural Education, Communications & Technology, Secretarial/Clerical
  • Michael Cramer, skilled trades foreman, Building & Ground Maintenance, Technical/Paraprofessional
  • Nick Clark, skilled tradesman, Housing, Skilled Crafts/Service/Maintenance

Each winner will receive a certificate and a monetary award at the ceremony. Winners of the Employee of the Quarter will also be submitted as candidates for the Employee of the Year. For more information about the Employee of the Quarter program, please visit the Staff Senate website.

Nominations for 2nd quarter of the current fiscal year will open on Jan. 1 and the deadline for submissions will be Jan. 15. Reminders will be posted periodically on Newswire.
