Many Received 'Secondary Account' Emails in Error
IT Services is investigating the cause and impact of an email sent from the IT Services Help Desk to faculty and staff in error. The email includes the subject line “Secondary account request” with instructions for activating an existing UARK account at password.uark.edu.
Those who received this email can delete it. No action is required. IT Services apologizes for any confusion and inconvenience.
