BI/Data Warehouse Unavailable During Maintenance, April 19

IT Services will perform planned maintenance from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, to apply upgrades to SAS BI and Enterprise Guide. During the maintenance, BI/Data Warehouse will be periodically unavailable.

Those using SAS Enterprise Guide will be personally contacted by IT Services regarding the installation of a necessary software upgrade. Users who experience issues with BI/Data Warehouse following the maintenance can submit reports at http://askit.uark.edu.
