Since October, University of Arkansas employees and their spouses enrolled in the United Medical Resources (UMR) employee health insurance plan have been eligible to receive a biometric screening at the Pat Walker Health Center.

The biometric screenings are being offered as part of Onlife Health’s LiveOn initiative, encouraging employees to ‘get onboard’ to achieve their health goals. Eligible employees and spouses who receive a biometric screening and complete an online health assessment at www.onlifehealth.com by Jan. 31 will receive a $50 Visa gift card.

Biometric screenings include a cholesterol screening test, blood pressure check, height, weight and body mass index.

Biometric screenings available 8-10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, Thursday, Jan. 23, Monday, Jan. 27, Tuesday, Jan. 28, and Thursday, Jan. 30.
