Blackboard Collaborate Unavailable Within Blackboard Learn, Dec. 20

IT Services, with support from Blackboard corporate technical support, will perform planned maintenance from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20, to apply an upgrade to Blackboard Collaborate. During the maintenance, Blackboard Collaborate sessions will be inaccessible from within Blackboard Learn. Following the upgrade, users will notice a slight change to the Collaborate interface in Blackboard Learn.
