Partial Exchange Outage Resolved Thursday at 9 a.m.
At 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, IT Services received reports that Exchange mailboxes were unavailable for some users. Technical support staff responded immediately to resolve the partial outage, which may have been caused by a storage issue. At 8:30 a.m., 75 percent of Exchange mailboxes were working, and by 9 a.m., all mailboxes were online. No information was lost as a result of the partial outage.
