IT Services Continues Working on Campus Network Issues

IT Services continues to address ongoing campus network issues due to a software problem with both the core router and firewall that serve the campus and Data Center networks. The hardware manufacturer is working with IT Services to resolve the issue. In the meantime, technical staff have employed work-arounds to stabilize the network.

IT Services continues to monitor the situation and will update users as more information becomes available. Users are encouraged to get technical support and report outages to the Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or online at http://askit.uark.edu.
