Mozart in the Museum, featuring the Walton Arts Center's Artosphere Festival Orchestra performing in the Great Hall at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, entertained more than 180 attendees Monday, June 24. The program also entertained thousands of KUAF listeners as Kyle Kellams and Katy Henriksen broadcast the performance live from the great hall.

"Together we created a world-class experience for the audience in the venue and indeed around the region and beyond," said Jason Howell Smith, Artosphere Orchestra manager, of the collaboration among our three organizations. "The future of the arts in Northwest Arkansas has never been brighter, thanks to wonderful collaborations like this."

They hope this is just the first of many similar live broadcasts. The broadcast included commentary about the works performed as well as interviews with Artosphere Orchestra conductor Corrado Rovaris; Walton Arts Center president and CEO Peter Lane; and Crystal Bridges deputy director of museum relations Sandy Edwards.
