UREC Summer Group Fitness Classes Now Underway

Looking for a fun, friendly environment to motivate and challenge you in your fitness goals?  University Recreation Group Fitness classes will be held through Friday, Aug. 16. By providing participants with variety, enjoyment and support in their fitness experience, group fitness classes can take the “work” out of your workout. Group Fitness classes are instructor-led classes set to music that focus on various fitness components such as cardiovascular endurance and total body strength. 

University of Arkansas students, faculty, and staff are eligible to take Group Fitness classes at no cost. All other UREC membership types must purchase a Semester Group Fitness Pass for $40, which includes Group Fitness for both facilities. All classes are available on a drop-in basis. Registration is required once per year, and can be done either at the UREC membership office, HPER 225, or at the class location.
