Exchange Mobile Device Issue Resolved
IT Services technical personnel report that overall performance of Exchange on mobile devices appears to have returned to normal. After completing a number of troubleshooting steps, a Microsoft update was installed to resolve a known bug.
IT Services requests that if users continue to experience problems accessing Exchange on a mobile device or Windows 8 native email application, they report it to the Help Desk at 479-575-2905 or askit.uark.edu.
