Ongoing Exchange Mobile Device Issues
IT Services continues to work to resolve issues reported by Exchange users regarding mobile email applications that appear to stop sending and receiving messages. All mobile devices and Windows 8 native email applications are affected. Outlook and Outlook Web App, however, are not affected.
IT Services has opened a case with Microsoft to resolve what appears to be an ActiveSync issue. Updates will be provided as they become available.
Exchange users who experience this problem may wish to try force quitting the email application, restarting their mobile device, or using Outlook Web App (exchange.uark.edu) in their mobile browsers. For assistance, contact the Help Desk at 479-575-2905.
