Fall Academic Achievement Lists Posted on U of A Website

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The names of University of Arkansas students who graduated in the fall 2012 commencement and those who earned a place on the fall 2012 Chancellor’s and Dean’s lists, are now posted on the Academic Achievements page of the university website.

To be on the Chancellor’s List a student must earn a 4.0 grade point average for 12 or more course hours in a semester.

In the College of Education and Health Professions the top 10 percent of full time students with a grade point average below 4.0 are named to the Dean’s list.

In the other undergraduate colleges and the Fay Jones School of Architecture full time students with grade point averages in the top 10 percent of their college are named to their college’s Dean’s list.

Full time law students who earn a 3.0 grade point average or higher are named to the School of Law Dean’s list.

In all categories on the Academic Achievements web page students are listed by name, college, and major, as well as home state, county and town. The lists are searchable by several different categories.
