This high-energy class will be led by Omar Kasim, a University of Arkansas student who has a teaching certification in the art of Muay Thai and has trained under the personal instruction of the founder of the Thai Boxing Association.
This class is open to University of Arkansas students and UREC members only. Non-members may enroll with the accompaniment of a member and purchase of a guest pass.
