University Recreation Group Fitness Class for Faculty and Staff

University Recreation values your health and well-being and will be offering a group exercise class just for U of A faculty and staff during the spring semester.

The UA Faculty/Staff FIT class will take place at the UREC Fitness Center in the Arkansas Union on Tuesdays from 11:15 a.m. to noon during the Spring 2013 semester. See specific class schedule at http://urec.uark.edu/2602.htm. The class format will vary from week to week and will include Zumba, Yoga, TurboKick, RIPPED, Pilates Fusion, Body Sculpt and Triple Fit.

A UREC membership is not required to participate! Simply bring your U of A ID, a towel, water bottle, comfortable exercise apparel, and non-marking shoes. Free locker storage for valuables while participating in the class is provided.
