Holiday Concerts Held in Anthony Chapel at Garvan Woodland Gardens

Garvan Woodland Gardens in Hot Springs is presenting a series of concerts this month in Anthony Chapel, which is nestled under a canopy of pine and oak trees. The chapel was designed by Maurice Jennings and David McKee, both architects practicing in Fayetteville and both alumni of the Fay Jones School of Architecture.

  • For the “Christmas and Classics in the Chapel” Concert, at 6 p.m. Nov. 19, Christine Beauchamp and Ray and Ruth Liebau will perform a selection of holiday classics.
  • For the Village Strings Holiday Concert, at 6 p.m. Nov. 28, the group will perform a variety of seasonal favorites.
  • For the Village Chorale Holiday Concert, at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 30, this group from Hot Springs Village will be perform various holiday-inspired numbers.

These concerts are free and open to the public.

Garvan Woodland Gardens is the botanical garden of the University of Arkansas.
