FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Razorback Marching Band will host head men’s basketball coach Mike Anderson at the 17th annual Razorback Band Spectacular at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Barnhill Arena on the University of Arkansas campus. Joining the band will be University of Arkansas mascots, cheerleaders and spirit squad.

“We are fortunate to have so many terrific students in the University of Arkansas Razorback Marching Band. They have worked very hard this fall, had a great season, and we all look forward to this annual concert,” said Christopher Knighten, director of athletic bands. “This event is an opportunity for us to give back to all the friends, family members, and Razorback fans that have supported us.”

Anderson will be a guest conductor.

More than 350 band students perform at each home Razorback football game, and the HogWild Band supports basketball and volleyball. The University of Arkansas now has the nation’s fifth largest marching band.

The public is invited to attend. The event is free, and tickets are not required.
