Abron, Madden Shine in Basketball All-Star Games

Devonta Abron, one of the University of Arkansas men’s basketball team’s signees, was named the most outstanding player in the North-South All-Star game hosted by the Texas High School Coaches Association late Monday. Abron posted a double-double with 27 points and 10 rebounds in the contest in leading his North squad to a 103-94 victory.

Abron is the second Razorback signee to be named the most outstanding player in his state’s high school all-star contest. Rashad “Ky” Madden earned the title for the east squad in the Arkansas high school all-star contest in late June.
