Walton College Students Participate in Company Visit Program with Pepsi Beverages Company

The Walton College of Business Career Center Company Visit Program is designed to give business majors a connection to their local business community and a unique resource for discussing issues related to their career interests. Participating students interact with business and industry professionals and are exposed to a variety of learning experiences provided by host companies and organizations. This program also provides an excellent opportunity for regional alumni to re-connect with the Walton College of Business and interact with current students.

On March 2, approximately 15 Walton College undergraduate and graduate business students visited Pepsi Beverages Co. in Springdale, Ark. The students were given an overview of Pepsi Beverages Co., as well as information regarding career opportunities with the organization, specifically their sales and operations development programs. Following the presentation and a Q&A session, students toured Pepsi’s Distribution Center, gaining a better understanding of each level of service required to make the business successful.
