UA Rome Center Fall 2011 Program

Spend a semester in one of the world’s great cities, and experience first-hand the rich history and culture of one of modern Europe’s most dynamic societies!

Classes are held at the UA Rome Center, located in the heart of the city near the famous Piazza Navona. All courses are taught in English by UA faculty and staff.

The program includes optional excursions to various locations throughout Italy, including Florence, Venice, and Pompeii.

Student accommodations are located in the Monteverde and Testaccio neighborhoods, only a 20- to 30-minute commute to the Center by trolley or bus.

All apartments are equipped with 24-hour internet access, telephone, washing machine, a living area, TV, kitchen, and bathroom. Four-person apartments have two bedrooms with two single beds; six-person apartments have three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In addition to UA tuition and the program fee, students are responsible for their round-trip airfare, housing, meals, some museum fees, local transportation, books, passport, student visa, and personal expenses.
