Walton College Alumni Honored in Business Journal’s “Fast 15”
The Northwest Arkansas Business Journal Fast 15 featured three Walton College graduates in its Fast 15 class of twentysomethings whom they term, "Well-educated. Bright. Insightful. Brimming with devotion."
Alica Clark, B.S.BA. 03, MBA 05, is manager of category management for The Dial Corp., a Henkel Company, Rogers, Ark. She majored in finance and management in the Walton College.
In graduate school, she had an internship with The Dial Corp., and she told the journal, her internship gave her a preview of what this whole supplier industry is about. That's when I knew it was something I wanted to do.
Kim Harris, B.S.B.A. 06, is associate product manager for Tyson Foods Inc., Springdale, Ark. She was on the University of Arkansas gymnastics team and majored in marketing and finance. She is now completing her MBA in the managerial program at the Walton College. When she isn't working, Harris is on the steering committee of the United Way of Northwest Arkansas Generation Give program.
T.J. Lefler, B.S.B.A. 06, is vice president of Sage Partners, LLC, Fayetteville, Ark. While working on his finance degree at the Walton College, he interned at Lindsey & Associates and then at Sage Partners where he started full-time after graduation. He specializes in brokering deals in large retail properties. A runner in his free time, Lefler told the journal, "A lot of my friends are entrepreneurial minded and when you get away from all that stuff[and run], things open up and ideas flow out of those guys."
