Arkansas Alumni Association's Pride of Arkansas Tour Kicks Off Monday

The Arkansas Alumni Association will embark on its second Pride of Arkansas Tour during the kick-off event on Monday, Feb. 1, in Rogers. This month-long journey will take teams of Alumni Association staff across the state and beyond to host 47 events in Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri for University of Arkansas alumni and friends.

This tour concept was born in an attempt to further the connection with alumni and help answer questions about the University and the Alumni Association. The goal of the tour is to celebrate the Pride of Arkansas – our current and future alumni. Each tour stop will feature a 30-minute program highlighted by a video presentation titled "The Razorback Family: Generations" produced by UA Productions.

Five events are planned for Northwest Arkansas, with Fayetteville serving as the grand finale. All NWA events are free for members of the Arkansas Alumni Association and $5 for non-members. Wine and appetizers will be served. To register or for more information contact Karen McDowell at programs@arkansasalumni.org or call 479-575-2801. More information and a complete list of events are available at www.arkansasalumni.org/prideofarkansas.
