Europe and the U.S.: Where Do We Go From Here?

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Former ambassador and writer Hans Arnold will discuss the future of U.S—European relations on the University of Arkansas campus at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29 in Giffels Auditorium, Old Main.

Ambassador Arnold, who served as German ambassador to the United States and the United Nations, will deliver a lecture titled "Europe and the U.S: Where Do We Go From Here?" While on campus, he will also meet with students and faculty.

A professor at Munich's Academy for Political Science, Arnold frequently contributes to European publications and foreign policy journals. He has written several books on European politics, including Security for Europe and How Much Unification Does Europe Need?

Arnold's visit is sponsored by the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences.
