Ceo Of Bank One To Speak At Walton College

Jamie Dimon, chairman and CEO of Bank One Corporation, will speak at the Sam M. Walton College of Business, University of Arkansas, Friday, September 13.

Bank One is the nation’s sixth largest bank holding company. In less than two years, Dimon has made dramatic improvements at Bank One. Last year the company earned more than $2.6 billion under Dimon’s leadership, compared with $511 million loss in 2000. Since his arrival, Bank One’s share price has jumped 34 percent to $38, adding $15 billion in market value and beating the BKX bank index gain of three percent.
