Your Next Home Awaits: Explore Off-Campus Options at the U of A
Cecilia Grossberger-Medina, Marketing & PR Specialist for Transition Programs and Initiatives & Parent Family Programs

Looking for a place to live next year? The University of Arkansas Office of Transition Programs & Initiatives is here to help!

Join us for the Off-Campus Housing Fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, in the Arkansas Union Verizon Ballroom. This interactive event is designed especially for rising sophomores and students planning their 2025-26 housing, but all students are welcome.

Dozens of local property managers will be on hand to share information, answer questions, and help you explore housing options that fit your lifestyle and budget. Whether you're searching for your first apartment or looking to make a move, the fair is a one-stop shop to learn about trusted, student-centered housing opportunities in the Fayetteville community.

You'll also be able to connect with Chartwells Dining Services and Legal Aid of Arkansas, who will provide tips and resources to support your transition to off-campus living — from meal plans to lease agreements.

"Our goal is to help students feel informed and confident as they take this next big step," said Jerrod O. Lockhart, director of transition programs & initiatives. "The fair brings together campus partners and trusted community vendors so students can explore their options in one place."

The Off-Campus Housing Fair is free, students are encouraged to sign-up through HogSync.
